Puttur, D.K.: Pragati Paramedical College and Pragati Super Speciality Hospital celebrated the 76th Independence Day with a flag hoisting ceremony and a speech by soldier Satyanarayan Bhat (retd).
Dr. U. Sreepathi Rao, President of the organization in his speech, said that today’s students should be willing to contribute to the betterment of the country. He also spoke about the importance of service mindset and said that the hospital staff must approach patients with a service attitude.
Institute Director Dr. Sudha S Rao, Principal Preeta Hegde, Public Relations Officer Santosh Rai, Vithal Rao, and staff members of the hospital and college participated in the event.
The event was organized by the students of the college. Lecturer Chaitra welcomed the gathering, and student Dharitri delivered the vote of thanks. Ms. Meghashree anchored the program.
The event was a success and it was a great way to celebrate Independence Day. It was a reminder of the importance of freedom and the sacrifices that have been made to achieve it. It was also a time to reflect on the progress that India has made and to recommit to working towards a better future for the country.
