The Department of Breast and Endocrine uses surgery to identify and treat diseases of the mammary glands. Breast cancer and other malignant tumors, phyllodes tumors, and developing benign tumors are some types of mammary gland problems. Reconstruction mammoplasty and tissue expander insertion surgery are carried out in cooperation with plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery on patients who need breast reconstruction following a total mastectomy.
